When you send a request

The form asks for your name, phone number, and a description of the service you need. Email, city, and the service options are optional. Your details go through FormSubmit, an email delivery service, to GenTechAPS so we can respond. Sending a request does not book an appointment or enroll you in marketing texts.

A request also includes a random reference, the website page, and a limited source label such as Google or Facebook when available. These help us avoid counting the same request twice and understand where inquiries came from. We do not attach raw browsing addresses or search terms. A test request is labeled clearly.

Please do not include payment details, Social Security numbers, credit applications, or other sensitive information. For urgent service, call 903-353-2848.

Services used by this website

Vercel hosts the website. FormSubmit handles online requests. Google supplies fonts. Cloudflare cdnjs and jsDelivr supply interface scripts. These providers receive technical information such as your IP address when your browser connects to them, and may use cookies or logs under their own policies.

Cookie settings and optional services

The embedded Google map on our contact page stays off until you choose Allow map or Allow Google map. Loading it connects your browser to Google, which may receive your IP address and use cookies or other data under its privacy policy. Choose Essential only to leave the embedded map off. The rest of the website and service request form remain available either way.

Use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice. If your browser permits storage, we remember it in local storage for six months, then ask again. Revoking permission removes the embedded map; it does not delete information Google already received or cookies Google already set. A directions link opens Google Maps separately only when you click it. Google fonts and the other website providers described above still load as part of the page.

When site analytics is configured, Cookie settings offers a separate Allow analytics choice. Google Analytics then measures page visits, phone/email button clicks, financing application link clicks, and requests accepted by the email service. A financing link click does not tell us whether you applied or received a loan. These events also do not prove that a call happened, an email arrived, or a job was booked. Analytics stays off before permission and on preview or test pages. Choosing Essential only stops further analytics events and clears this site's saved source label; the form remains available. It does not remove data or cookies Google received earlier.

Our analytics events exclude your form answers and use fixed page addresses without query strings or raw referring addresses. Google still receives connection information, such as an IP address, when its service loads. Advertising signals are disabled. We do not add advertising pixels. When analytics is not configured, Cookie settings says it is not enabled and no analytics tag loads.

Browser storage and site features

This site uses session storage to remember whether the home-page introduction has played and local storage for your privacy choices. If you allow analytics, a limited source label may be remembered in this tab for later requests; Google Analytics may also set its own measurement cookies. A test-mode flag can remain in this tab so test inquiries stay labeled. We do not save your form details in browser storage. Any form copies saved by an earlier version are removed when the updated site script loads.

The Eastman Credit Union financing link opens the lender's application in a new tab. The lender's own terms and privacy information apply there. GenTechAPS does not collect loan applications or financial details through this website. Our analytics records only a financing link click, with a fixed page and placement label, when you allow analytics; it does not receive the lender's link, application details, or loan decisions.

Google sign-in is used only when an authorized administrator chooses to sign in to the site's admin tools. It is separate from the optional contact map and is not required to browse this website or send a service request.
